You can find it at the second Saturday of the month Music Session. It starts at 5pm at Molly’s with Celtic tunes and progresses into ballads and songs. Camping weekends are a chance to get out of town, relax and enjoy each other's company! NQIA introduced camping trips in 2020 and as it was a hit we saw two more camps in 2021. We are hoping to organise two trips a year in August and November. Keep you eye out here or on our Facebook page for updates of when the camps are booked! |
Family fun days are a chance to get out in a park in the surrounding area of Townsville and chill out with fellow Irish people. Time for a snag on the BBQ, a game of hurling and plenty of stories to be told. Keep up to date here or checkout our Facebook page! |
NQIA have been holding a Shebeen at the Palm Creek Folk Festival for NQIA members since before 2006. The Shebeen is a mobile hydration station that accommodates the provision of sustenance to members, for medicinal purposes. The Shebeen is only available to NQIA members so if you're interested head over to our membership page and sign up!
